Axway, Inc. seeks Senior Services Consultant II (Scottsdale, AZ)

Job Description: Implement Advanced MFT Solutions: Work seamlessly with Axway MFT products such as SecureTransport, Transfer CFT, Flow Manager, and Amplify Integration in either customer managed or Axway Managed Cloud environments to meet customer requirements. Architectural Review Sessions: Design and facilitate comprehensive review sessions for Axway MFT architecture, tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse clientele. Automation and Scripting Excellence: Create scripts and tools to streamline and automate migration, updates, and data extraction processes for MFT products. Expert Training Delivery: Provide customized training to external customers, addressing their specific requirements and enhancing their operational proficiency. Resource and Time Estimation: Deliver accurate and insightful estimates for project completion, detailing the necessary hours and resources. Proof of Concept Participation: Engage in proof-of concept sessions alongside the presales team to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed use cases. Interface Enhancement and Innovation: Develop and refine pluggable interfaces to expand and enhance product functionality, ensuring optimal performance. Proactive Health Checks: Conduct thorough health checks of customer MFT environments, offering strategic recommendations to prevent any potential roadblocks and ensure a robust environment.

Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Scottsdale, AZ.

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field and 3 years of related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Axway MFT suite consisting of Secure Transport, Transfer CFT, Flow Manager; Cloud providers AWS and Azure, including services like Azure Vnet peering, AWS VPC, Azure load balancers, AWS Elastic load balancer, virtual machines, and object-based storages; Shell scripting and Python scripting skills; Containerization (Docker, Rocket) and container orchestration Kubernetes (CRI) based services in cloud environments like EKS; Protocols such as FTP, SSH, HTTP, PESIT, and AS2; Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) based on SAML and OAuth with different applications; Oracle, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL databases, including creating tablespaces, users, role mapping, and user groups.
