PGBA Systems supports host applications related to government specific contracts, such as the T17 TRICARE (West) and all VA contracts: Community Care Network (CCN) and Patient Centered Community Care (PC3). Description

Position Purpose:

Responsible for developing and maintaining applicable Quality Management System (QMS) registrations at the subsidiary or organization level. Provides direction and guidance for implementing and improving the QMS. Responsible for related education, communications, and support activities, including auditing activities.

This position requires a security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship to obtain.

What You'll Do:

  • Provides support and education for all areas in the subsidiary or company implementing and maintaining the quality management system certification. This includes overseeing improvement activities (related to ISO 9001 or CMMI) and management review activities.
  • Provides internal and external auditing support for all functional areas and provides appropriate management feedback on audit results. Ensures that all audit findings are corrected and implemented within established timeframe.
  • Updates and maintains the ISO 9001 and quality management documentation as the document control administrator. Develops, maintain files, records, and documentation in accordance with certification standards.
  • Develops and facilitates organization level training. This includes the analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance required to manage the on-going execution of the organization's training program.

To Qualify for This Position, You Will Need:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Or an additional 4 years of job related work experience
  • Or an Associate's and 2 additional years job related work experience.

Required Work Experience:

  • 4 years working in quality management systems development and implementation, including: 1 year auditing in accordance with ISO9000, TQM, Six Sigma, CMMI, or Baldridge criteria standards.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organization, judgment, customer service, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the ISO 9000 system elements and/or Total Quality Management (TQM).
  • Ability to use software applications to develop training materials.

Software and Other Tools:

  • Microsoft Office

We Prefer That You Have:

Preferred Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years auditing experience (ISO or CMMI)
  • Experience with Computer Based Training platforms
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree - quality management focus

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Computer systems support knowledge.
  • Knowledge of mathematical or statistical concepts and the ability to use complex mathematical calculations.
