We are seeking a friendly and organized Clinical Medical Secretary to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Job Description: As a Clinical Medical Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor. * Managing patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently. * Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. * Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries. * Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed. * Assisting with insurance verification and processing. * Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. * Handling administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents. * Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role required. * Previous experience with EPIC highly preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * High school diploma or equivalent. Details: * Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered. * Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) * Parking - employees will need to cover their own parking. Available lots vary in price based on location. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
