CONTRACTOR ROLE - 6 MONTH DURATION - 40 HOURS A WEEK

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and operationally-minded Recruiting Operations Analyst to join our Global Recruiting Optimization team. This role is integral to supporting the operational efficiency across a global Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and experience in managing resources, tools, processes, and logistics. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse team of cross-functional partners across the business, driving excellence in operational efficiency, process optimization, event logistics, vendor relationships, and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business technology organization to support the transition of our knowledge content to a new platform

  • Data audits for our most recruiting systems to ensure data adherence and integrity across systems

  • Support day to day operations for the broader team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working within a Recruiting or People Operations team, managing or working with data/reports

  • Proficiency in Workday ATS

  • Understands the recruiting life cycle and is able to identify anomalies in reports

  • * Proactively identify and streamline processes, requiring minimal supervision once objectives have been identified

  • Ability to project manage with varying level of complexity - keep track of follow ups, deadlines and drive deliverables to completion

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
