The Job The Strategy & Transformation Analyst will play an active role in developing and driving SCAN's enterprise-level strategy and priority execution initiatives. It will include primary and secondary research, internal data analysis, and supporting cross functional execution projects. They will play a key role in driving innovation and organizational change, ensuring that the organization's strategies align with its overall goals and objectives. As part of the corporate strategy team, which sits in the CEO office, this role will work on some of the most pressing problems in the company. You Will Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine strategic opportunities and inform decision making. Synthesize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data to accurately summarize conditions into usable and reliable formats. Support design, development, and execution of annual strategic planning process. Develop strategic plans and executive level summary documents for use with Board and other internal and external stakeholders. Manage multiple (department) projects by effectively prioritizing work and communicating workload issues to management. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Your Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business Administration, Management or a related field) 1-3 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, management consulting or a related field. Experience in the healthcare industry or a related sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects. Familiarity with SCAN's mission and values. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of Medicare Advantage is preferred. Demonstrates attention to detail and high accuracy in work product. Excellent written and communications skills. Ability to manage multiple complex and competing priorities. What's in it for you?
