Stellantis is required to certify all vehicles to the standards required in the country of sale. To ensure all vehicles are certified to meet the company sale plan, vehicle program plans must be understood, and an appropriate certification plan developed and communicated. The Homologation Programs Planning Lead will review program communications and develop, review, and communicate the appropriate certification plans. The responsibilities include US environmental certification, US safety self-certification, and international vehicle homologation. The Homologations Program Planning Lead will collaborate with regulatory experts to ensure the plans developed will result in a successful certification activity.

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Review vehicle program information to identify the need for certification plans or changes to certification plans
  • Review new regulations to identify the need for certification plans or changes to certification plans
  • Develop certification plans to support the US engineered and US sold vehicle portfolio
  • Lead forums to ensure all stakeholders understand the certification plans or certification plan changes
  • Coordinate and provide feedback to vehicle programs regarding certification impact

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years environmental certification or homologation experience with a broad understanding of vehicle systems
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills; ability to drive results
  • Ability to interpret product planning information and develop conclusions
  • Self-starter who is detail oriented and disciplined


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in global environmental and safety regulations
  • Working knowledge of global regulatory emissions compliance, testing and certification processes/procedures
  • Master's degree in a Science, Computer, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university
