How you'll make an impact:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to manage and grow strategic enterprise relationships within the digital audio ecosystem. This role is focused on engaging top-tier platform customers - including music streaming services, radio broadcasters, and other digital publishers - who monetize their audiences through digital audio advertising. Digital audio experience is required for this role.

What you'll do:

Strategic Account Development

  • Own and grow relationships with existing AdsWizz platform customers - including music streaming and broadcast radio publishers
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders in monetization, ad operations, data & analytics, and programmatic sales
  • Create and execute account plans including quarterly business reviews and regular operational check-ins
  • Serve as the strategic and commercial lead for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and platform adoption
  • Guide clients on how to best leverage the AdsWizz SaaS platform to support their monetization strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution engineering, technical account management, product, marketing, and global support to ensure long-term client success

Business Expansion

  • Expand existing client business by identifying new revenue opportunities, negotiating and closing custom platform initiatives, and adding new product solutions
  • Identify and close new deals with digital audio publishers to grow our North America footprint
  • Drive adoption of our ad tech SaaS solutions, with a focus on increasing usage and revenue per partner
  • Structure and negotiate commercial terms including pricing, licensing, and revenue share agreements

Industry & Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of trends in digital audio, programmatic advertising, dynamic ad insertion (DAI), and audience targeting innovations
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, providing actionable market feedback to inform product development and sales strategies
  • Represent AdsWizz at key industry conferences, trade shows, and client events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years of business development, sales, or strategic partnership experience in digital audio advertising, ad tech, or programmatic media
  • Demonstrated success in growing complex enterprise relationships and executing commercial agreements
  • Deep knowledge of the digital audio ecosystem - including publisher monetization, ad tech platforms (SSPs, DSPs), and programmatic strategies
  • Experience working with publishers, ad networks, trading desks, and/or programmatic buyers
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship management skills in a SaaS/ad tech environment
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $134,000.00 to $182,000.00 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
