GENERAL SUMMARY: Under general supervision, greets and assists customers by providing information and ensuring that they reach the proper destinations. Monitors and directs driveway traffic and provides general customer relations assistance at lobby entrances. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required. Six months related customer service is required. Must be able to read and write and understand oral and written instructions. Must be proficient with using a computer including Microsoft Word and email. Must always be clean, neat and professional in appearance. Must have good interpersonal skills, customer service attributes and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Must demonstrate and always use customer friendly demeanor and etiquette. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: A valid, unrestricted, and insurable Michigan Driver's License in a good standing (three or fewer points) preferred.
