The AUKUS Group, within SPA's Sea, Land, and Air Division, provides timely, objective, analytic assessments that integrate technical, operational, programmatic, policy and business analysis to NAVSEA's AUKUS Integration and Acquisition Program Office and associated partner organizations. Analysts and Engineers supporting AUKUS will continue SPA's decades of support to the undersea force and assist in developing a trilateral submarine force for the future. This is a high-profile, major international program of significant importance to the future of the US Navy and its partners in an era of renewed strategic competition. SPA has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant supporting the AUKUS trilateral nuclear powered submarine program. #MC Responsibilities In this role, the Executive Assistant will support the AUKUS program office. Responsibilities will include 1) Direct support to the program Phase Lead 2) Executive level meeting facilitation and briefing preparations, 3) Coordinating schedules with the rest of the AUKUS EAs to ensure event are attended & the office is covered 4) Coordinating travel 5) Formulating process improvement recommendations to ensure a smooth operation of the office, and 6) and working with international partners to synchronize schedules. This position is located at the Washington Navy Yard. Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington, D.C. Pay Transparency Range: $110-130k. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration (or other relevant field).
