Acara Solutions is seeking an Administrative Office Assistant for our client in Houston, TX (77063). This would be a temp to hire opportunity with a starting pay of $16/hr.
This will be a Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week role with hours of either 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm
The ideal candidate will be proficient in typing, organization, and using Excel. The main functions of this role will be data entry, filing, running and distributing reports to employees, and completing small office tasks (such as verifying computer numbers and sharing coffee preparations for the morning). Math skills are also a plus for report verifications. The person in this role will also work on event planning and coordination for office parties and team recognition events.
