What you will be doing

    Gathers, coordinates, and creates data collection methods and process flows to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of all required internal and external reports.
  • Supports the Compensation function with day-to-day administration including the annual merit and bonus cycle, job architecture maintenance, marketing pricing, salary survey submission, etc...
  • Utilizes, maintains, and creates process guide documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Develops, customizes, and maintains Talent Acquisition dashboard(s) to monitor trends and achievement of Company resourcing initiatives. Works with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the data and derive observations.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to Human Resources and supports internal teams regarding Human Resources systems, applications, and data process flows. Maintains dashboards for intuitive use by end users and documents set-up procedures to support program maintenance.
  • Determines data collection gaps and recommends improvements. Works closely with business leaders and the Human Resources team to identify reporting opportunities to best support business initiatives.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company values and strategic plan.
  • Supports published corporate policies.


What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, Human Resources or related field required.
  • 2+ years' data analytics and reporting experience required.
  • Experience with SmartSheet strongly preferred.
  • Experience with compensation analysis/administration preferred.
  • Experience with PowerBI preferred.
  • Experience with employment data and compliance reporting preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, driving projects, and delivering effective, value-adding solutions.
  • Able to clearly articulate the story from a data record and analytics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
