About the Role

We're seeking a collaborative and driven Division Quality Manager to lead the development and execution of quality systems across our digital printing facilities. In this role, you'll be a key player in shaping our commitment to world-class quality performance, ensuring every product we ship is complete, on time, and up to spec.

This is an influential position that works cross-functionally with Operations, Art, Planning & Estimating, Customer Service, and Finance. You'll also interface with vendors and be a core voice in our continuous improvement culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable Quality Control processes and SOPs
  • Develop and manage a document control system for policies, procedures, and controlled documents
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action planning (RCA/CAPA)
  • Oversee Vendor Quality Management and manage RMA workflows
  • Drive internal audits and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Monitor and improve Cost of Quality (CoQ) metrics
  • Champion training and development initiatives across all departments to support quality standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align product quality goals and drive process improvement

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required - equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong understanding of QMS, controlled documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience driving corrective actions and facilitating audits
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and communicate quality objectives clearly
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style
  • Self-starter mentality with a hands-on approach to solving problem

Nice to Have:

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt preferred)
    Experience in digital print production or graphics manufacturing
