Almac Group is currently seeking a Commercial Operations Intern for our Souderton, PA location. The Commercial Operations Intern will gain practical experience by supporting various operational tasks within business development. This role aims to provide exposure to business processes, systems, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the Contracts and Proposals team to drive productivity for analysts. Assist with the tracking of proposals, contracts, work orders, and change orders for the department. Participate in initiatives to enhance contract and proposal processes. Assist in initiative to update proposal templates. Work closely with experienced business professionals. Gain practical experience in contract management and proposal handling. Assist the Customer Success Team to ensure timely responses and resolution of issues. Qualifications: Required Experience / Education: Currently in a curriculum that is working towards a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or other related field 6 months of work experience in a professional setting General understanding of business and/or marketing concepts Preferred Experience / Education: Understanding of marketing automation and inbound marketing / content marketing methodology. Understanding of Sales or Marketing environments Excellency at MS Office suite, especially MS PowerPoint Join Almac Group in our mission to advance human health!
