Position Overview

We are looking for a Requirements and Reporting Analyst to support our intelligence community with data-driven reporting and requirements management. This individual will be responsible for creating streamlined reporting processes, documenting methodologies, and providing insights derived from data analysis.



Responsibilities

    Conceptualize and implement data-driven strategies for reporting and requirements management.
  • Design and oversee automated reporting workflows using advanced tools and applications.
  • Write and maintain clear procedural documentation for consistent reporting practices.
  • Communicate complex data and reporting methods to a varied audience in an understandable way.
  • Keep detailed and current records on reporting methodologies and procedures.
  • Independently develop and optimize reporting capabilities.
  • Prioritize and manage a diverse set of tasks and projects with excellent organizational skills.
  • Provide professional and courteous support to collaborative partners and stakeholders.
  • Work effectively within a team environment on a wide range of tasks.
  • Proficient in relevant data analysis and reporting tools, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI-driven analytics.


Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob #DMVCAMPAIGN
  • Experience in managing data-driven projects and automated reporting workflows.
  • Proficient in crafting user-friendly instructions and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions regarding reporting capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated teamwork ability in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and software applications relevant to reporting needs.
