Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Governance Support professional to provide key support in the administration of governance activities within the Intelligence Community.

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including coordinating meetings, documenting proceedings, and managing the progress of governance initiatives. The candidate will support leadership in organizing and structuring engagements, capturing key decisions, and tracking action items.



Responsibilities

    Support the administration of governance boards by providing meeting management, including planning, scheduling, communication, and documentation of minutes.
  • Facilitate the organization and structure of governance-related engagements, ensuring accurate recording of meeting minutes and key decisions.
  • Develop drafts of governance deliverables, coordinate across agencies, and manage the progression of initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking and managing coordination efforts and responses for governance members and advisors.


Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob #DMVCAMPAIGN
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business process development, and governance planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with users across diverse agencies, responding to inquiries and issues.
  • Experience with process workflows and policy development and review processes.
  • Proficiency in program and project management activities, including developing schedules and managing technical engagements.
  • Experience in writing functional requirements, including eliciting stakeholder needs, conducting verification and validation, and managing requirements repositories.
  • Familiarity with agency-specific requirements and regulations, with the ability to facilitate collaboration and coordination across agencies.
  • Willingness to travel for training, conferences, or offsite engagements as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in Open Source strategy, policies, and procedures, including the IC OSINT Strategy.
  • Knowledge and experience in OSINT governance, collection management, data acquisition and sharing, tradecraft and training initiatives, or technology and innovation.
