*Description*
* This role involves reviewing borrower-submitted documents, ensuring all conditions are satisfied, and facilitating the next steps in the loan process. * Review borrower-submitted documents such as W2s, pay stubs, HOA statements, and tax bills to ensure all conditions are met. * Verify the accuracy of dates and data provided, ensuring all necessary information is included and properly completed. * Evaluate whether documents satisfy the specified loan conditions and determine the next steps in the loan process. * Clear conditions within the conditions review process to maintain a seamless workflow. * Handle a production environment with a target of processing 40 files per day. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Strong attention to detail; accuracy is essential, even when minor discrepancies arise. * Prior experience with mortgage documents, including recognizing income and asset documentation. * Technical proficiency and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. * Encompass experience is required * Minimum of 2 years of related experience within mortgage * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
