Position Summary

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key part of the team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of order entry and booking processes for EGM's, ETG's, Tables, and Utility products. Your role includes adhering to quality standards and addressing configuration and billing issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve order quality is essential for success.

Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing order data for accuracy, ensuring compliance with standard practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Help develop and implement inspection methods to evaluate order entry and product configuration precision.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for order review procedures and address software, jurisdictional, billing, and configuration issues.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve order quality issues and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements and support new product launches.
  • Monitor and manage system holds and alerts, ensuring timely order booking and review.
  • Coordinate lead time management to align with revenue recognition dates and customer expectations.
  • Input required dates based on lead times, configurations, and business requirements.
  • Handle exception management, including expediting and early release execution.
Qualifications

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Evaluate multiple data sources for accuracy and assist in negotiating corrective actions effectively.
  • Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and propose preventative measures.
  • Navigate complex decisions and escalate issues as needed.

Communication Skills

  • Communicate effectively with internal partners to understand and process customer requirements.
  • Provide clear updates on order quality issues and resolution timelines.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Adapt communication style for different audiences, including senior management and peers.

Industry Knowledge

  • Experience in the gaming industry with knowledge of gaming protocols and regulations is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with configuring, scheduling, planning, shipping compliance, and manufacturing order processing.

Education and Training

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management studies, or a related discipline is preferred, or prior experience (3 to 5 years) in sales operations or quality.
  • Participation in seminars, workshops, and conferences for continuous professional and business development.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Salesforce is required.

This role requires a proactive individual with technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to support the Sales Operations Supervisor and ensure seamless order processing functions.

Work Conditions: This role will start as a remote role but will become a Hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working remote.
