14899BR FTE: 1.0 Shift: Weekdays- hours TBD (clinic hours range from 7am-530pm) Compensation: $24.50+ Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: No Benefit Eligible We are seeking a dynamic Physical Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient Orthopedic and Return to Work therapy team. Duties and Responsibilities: Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. Provide therapy treatment with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive evidence-based treatment to maximize functional outcomes. Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team. Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence. Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
