We are hiring an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor to join our This position is responsible for managing a territory and recruiting students throughout the admissions process. This includes traveling to college fairs, high school visits, and regional presentations to build leads. The counselor should maintain contact with students and families throughout the application and admission process. This includes actively calling and messaging to gauge interest and assist in enrolling prospective students. The counselor recruits, evaluates, and participates in the selection of candidates for admission and awards academic merit scholarships. Counselors must maintain connection with other constituents in the assigned territory, including High School Counselors, Creighton Alumni, and current Creighton parents. The counselor will develop public presentations designed to promote the institution. Presentations may range in size from a single student to a large audience of 500. Due to travel and need for consistent follow-up with students and families, this position often requires over 40 hours per week, as well as night and weekend work. Key Responsibilities
