Are you interested in supporting renewable energy projects at Enbridge? As an Origination Advisor, you'll conduct market research, perform financial modeling, and support transactions. You'll work on contracting Power Purchase agreements (PPA), Renewable energy credits (REC), and tax credits, collaborating with a team across the U.S. and Canada. What You Will Do:

  • Improve Enbridge's market competitiveness in contracting its wind and solar projects by developing bilateral market collateral and leading the preparation of proposals for competitive RFPs.

  • Interpret RFP requirements, assess Enbridge's competitive viability, and efficiently communicate key needs and deadlines to Enbridge's Power leadership team.

  • Coordinate weekly briefings on new and pending RFPs and bilateral solicitation opportunities.

  • Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings and follow up with team members across the Enbridge Power business to ensure timely completion.

  • Lead market research to identify prospective offtake for new project developments.

Who You Are:

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, sciences, or equivalent.

  • You have 3-4 years of experience in a business development or sales role in the wind, solar, or broader clean energy industry. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • You display deep intellectual curiosity for renewable energy and energy markets.

  • Remarkable communication abilities and a successful history of partnering with internal and external clients.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
