Dynamics Developer

Lam Research is looking for an experienced Dynamics Developer to be part of an IT team supporting Lam's CSBG Business Unit. This position's primary responsibility is to take ownership of designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and capabilities, along with strong technical expertise in customization, configuration, and integration to meet business requirements. This individual will need to have excellent communication skills, determination, and perseverance to be successful.

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
• Optimize application performance and provide technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure proper version control.
• Stay updated on Dynamics 365 platform updates and new features.
• Provide ongoing support, including bug fixes and enhancements.
• Configure Dynamics Security
• Ensure Dynamics Deployments are scalable and supportable
• Follow industry best practices weighing customization vs default features
• Manage Deployments and troubleshoot Dependency Issues.
• Guide and mentor other Dynamics Consultants
• Perform Code reviews and Design Reviews for Dynamics 365 User stories.
• Allocate user stories within the team
• Validate efforts and plan the Sprint
• Ensure Sprint Deadlines are met
• Configure Dev Ops Pipelines
• Audit Security, Roles, and Service Users used in the MS Dynamics Environment
• Execute Cutover in Production for MS Dynamics.
• Validate and Activate Power Automate Flows and Power Apps in Production after deployment.

• Must have good expertise in plugins, actions and workflows
• Must be Proficient in developing plug-ins, workflows and actions.
• Must be proficient in JavaScript for implementing MS Dynamics UI customizations.
• Must have expertise in understanding the overall Dynamics 365 architecture.
• Design and Deploy all integrations with MS Dynamics environment.
• Must have developed components in PCF using react.js
• Should be well versed connectors within power automates.
• Should be well-versed with Canvas apps and custom pages.
• Must be proficient in JavaScript for implementing MS Dynamics UI customizations.
• Must be proficient in MS Dynamics Configurations like Entities, Business Rules, Forms, Views, etc.
• Must be aware of agile processes.

Required Qualifications

• BS or Higher Degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of seven (7) years of IT experience.

• Self-directed, responsive, and dedicated to exceptional customer support.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to deliver products with high quality and within prescribed timelines.
• Must be able to interact professionally with the users of all our systems.
• Experience in integration with SharePoint is good to have.
• Experience in Admin-related activities.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
