We are currently seeking a Director, Talent with 5-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition to be part of our Human Resources Division in our West Palm Beach, FL office.

The Director, Talent is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving all talent pipeline strategies within the organization. This includes both external recruitment and internal talent development initiatives. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce by managing University Relations, Early Career talent programs, and comprehensive associate training and development efforts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Pipeline Strategy:

    Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources.
  • Oversee internal talent development programs to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with organizational goals.

External Recruitment:

  • Lead the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

Internal Talent Development:

  • Design and implement career development programs to nurture and retain internal talent.
  • Oversee performance management processes and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

University Relations and Early Career Talent:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions.
  • Develop and manage internship and early career programs to attract and develop young talent.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities.

Associate Training and Development:

  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as needed.
  • Ensure training programs align with business needs and support organizational growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and HR leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
