- RBC Capital Markets is looking for a dynamic Campus Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for partnering closely with Recruiters on the team to execute the graduate and summer intern recruitment for a specific business function as well as core school relationships.
- This role assists in the coordination of recruitment activities, on-campus events, summer intern program and early talent programs and events. This includes related activities to ensure recordkeeping, posting and candidate tracking obligations are met, career services management, weekly/monthly/adhoc reporting. As necessary, assists in sourcing, screening and other recruitment activity in support of the business and diversity action plans.
Primary Responsibilities
- In partnership with Campus Recruiting Manager and Recruiters, execute divisional processes including: the coordination of candidate in-person and virtual interviews (scheduling interviews and managing all logistical details); coordination and management of candidate expenses and travel arrangements.
- Serve as leads and experts on all aspects of intern and analyst onboarding; liaise with relevant partners and stakeholders to understand policies and processes; communicate requirements to interns and new analysts; manage organization of paperwork.
- Assist campus recruiting leads with booking of space and events on selected campuses; create event invitations; creating resume bundles and interviewer packets; manage participation and meeting requests; catering; generation of name tags, shipping of materials; etc.
- Assist with the planning and execution of Diversity Programs and Summer Internship Programs, including: student communications, onboarding files, management of networking and speaker events as well as webinars, evaluations, etc.
- Conduct ad hoc research on universities and assist with posting of job opportunities and resume collections
- Manage team-wide projects, including: presentation creation; job description updates; development of surveys; enterprise-wide recruiting events and conferences.
- Contribute knowledge and innovative/creative ideas for current entry-level programs and the overall campus recruitment strategy.
- Participate in on-campus events as needed.
Job Specifications In selecting coordinators, we look for the following:
- Graduated from or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development/Psychology or related field
- Passion for working with junior level talent
- Strong business acumen and motivation to stay abreast of emerging regional/market diversity trends and cultural nuances
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills necessary
- Proven problem solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills
- Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload; as well as keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) & Internet skills
- Proven flexibility in accommodating different personalities, professional work styles and changing work priorities
