Position Summary

The Lobo Card Office is seeking a committed student employee to assist with a variety of customer service and data entry assignments. Our office is often fast-paced, and the ideal candidate must be flexible as daily priorities may shift. The successful candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service, computer, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries
  • Creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Delivering excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and students during every interaction
  • Issuing Lobo ID Cards
  • Assisting with various special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
