The Leave of Absence (LOA) Manager leads the administration and strategic oversight of company-wide leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws. This role is responsible for managing a team of LOA specialists and supporting a workforce of 10,000+ employees across multiple states. The LOA Manager ensures a consistent, compliant, and employee-centered leave experience in alignment with company policy and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: *Lead and develop a team of LOA specialists, providing coaching, support, and performance management Preferred Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in leave administration preferred or high school diploma or GED with 5 years of experience required Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with 2 years of increasingly responsible HR management experience preferred or high school diploma or GED with 5 years experience as strong HR generalist background required #LI-MM2 #LI-Hybrid
