As a Senior Change and Release Manager, you will contribute to a collaborative and ambitious environment, driving excellence in service delivery. About the RoleWe are in search of a hard-working Senior Change and Release Manager to join our Change and Release Management - ASM (CaRMA) team. In this role, you will be accountable for the seamless design and implementation of industry-leading processes within a complex production environment. You will drive our efforts to build strategic, scalable processes that align with Adobe's objectives. Your key focus will be to ensure our framework enables engineering teams to deploy services safely and resiliently. About YouYou are a problem solver with a proven track record in Change and Release Management. You possess a deep understanding of various SDLC methodologies and have successfully implemented deployment strategies at scale. You are an encouraging leader with experience governing a change/release practice in both on-prem and multi-cloud environments. Your decision-making is data-driven, and you excel at communicating complex concepts to all levels of an organization. Your technical competence and ability to engage in detailed technical discussions make you an ideal fit for this role. What you'll Do
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
