A day in the life of this role involves a dynamic mix of strategic thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You might start the day reviewing updates to productivity initiatives across global procurement teams, ensuring all project data is accurately reflected in the tracking systems you've helped build or enhance. Midday could be spent developing or refining methodologies for calculating key metrics like Weighted Average Purchase Price Variance (WAPPV), followed by preparing detailed monthly reporting tools and dashboards. You may also meet with stakeholders to align on savings targets and train team members on new tools or reporting processes, ensuring consistent understanding and adoption across the organization. Throughout the day, your focus is on driving efficiency, transparency, and measurable impact across Bio-Rad's procurement productivity program.


How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Assisting with the creation and enhancement of Bio-Rad's Global Productivity Program.
  • Developing methodologies and processes for calculating and reporting Weighted Average Purchase Price Variance (WAPPV).
  • Building or enhancing the systems for tracking productivity initiatives and savings projects.
  • Designing monthly reporting tools and templates for productivity and savings metrics.
  • Developing and delivering training materials and training sessions on the new systems and methodologies.


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant technology.
  • Work Experience: 8+ years related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills including data collection and synthesis.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Able to deal with high levels of uncertainty.
  • Organizational skill tact and diplomacy.
  • Able to facilitate and resolve problems.
  • Lean Six Sigma from a recognized organization.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,600 to $162,200 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
