Job Requirements Here's what requirements you'll need: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Physics or Electrical Engineering, or related field 2 years of experience Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer: Experience working in a laboratory environment Knowledge of Optical Systems (cameras, telescopes, detectors) is a plus Electrical circuit troubleshooting skills is a plus Good communication skills and a team player Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Ability to work independently Requirements Verification Methods and Processes (flow down of requirements into test methods and procedures) Test Plan, Test Procedure and Test Report development Hands on Integration and Testing activities (System operation, System Calibration, Data taking, troubleshooting, fault analysis) Knowledge of Optical Systems, detectors, cameras, telescopes including Visible and Infrared wavelengths Optical Systems measurements and data processing including Optical MTF, Detector Noise, Optical Boresight measurements, Optical Field of View Experience with test equipment: Collimators, Interferometers, Thermal Chambers and Vibration Tables Experience with MSOffice Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
