Property Manager II

Location: Trinity Manor located in Middletown, Ohio

What You'll Do:

As a Property Manager II, you'll take charge of the daily operations, financial performance, and compliance of assigned properties. Reporting to the Regional Vice President or Director, you'll lead the way in meeting goals, staying compliant with HUD and LIHTC guidelines, and delivering exceptional experiences for residents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership:
  Prepare annual budgets, track financial performance, and deliver timely reports. Collaborate with HUD, owners, and state agencies to maintain financial health.

• Compliance Champion:
  Ensure all operations align with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and landlord/tenant laws. Manage waiting lists, files, contracts, and certifications to stay audit ready.

• Occupancy & Resident Engagement:
  Drive marketing and leasing to maintain high occupancy. Build strong resident relationships through retention programs and excellent service.

• Team & Property Oversight:
  Supervise staff, oversee property maintenance, and support service coordination. Foster a respectful, compliant, and collaborative environment.

• Community & Owner Relations:
  Build trust and transparency with owners, partners, and boards. Provide regular updates and attend board meetings as needed.

What Success Looks Like:

• Hitting or exceeding occupancy, budget, and REAC/MOR/Yardi score goals

• Well-maintained properties and organized tenant files

• Consistent compliance and timely reporting

• Positive relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience: 1+ year in property management

• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and computer literacy (Microsoft Office, internet use)

• Physical: Able to walk, stand, lift (10-50 lbs), and navigate indoor/outdoor settings
