Position Description:

This is a unique opportunity for a financial analyst role in the Finance Administration department. This position provides analytical support to management and executives responsible for corporate finance, peer analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and a broad range of financial strategy and risk management functions. This group works full-time in a professional office environment in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities include:



  • Prepare and analyze financial reporting
  • Prepare management level financial reports
  • Conduct balance sheet and income statement analysis
  • Conduct peer financial analysis
  • Update and analyze financial models
  • Assist with merger and acquisition research and due diligence
  • Help monitor progress on critical tasks
  • Assist with managing special financial and operational projects
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned



Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, show proficiency or potential for project management, and have the ability to think and work independently. Requirements include the following:



  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or better
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with senior level management
  • Attention to details and ability to visually present information clearly
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical with on-the-job training available, if needed
  • Experience with financial modeling is beneficial
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize projects
  • Manage a wide variety of complex tasks from beginning to end
  • Previous work experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Having working knowledge of accounting and finance and an understanding of financial statements are foundations for this role
