About the role: This position will create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations. The focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments. About the team: The Managed Services team is a group of retirement service professionals that are experts in the Omni Suite of products - Omni Plus, Omni Pay, Omni Workflow, DVW, etc. - with a wide range of experience in the retirement industry. We own the client relationships as well as production support for our clients and strive to provide best-in-class service and expert support for our client's retirement business. What you will be doing: * Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean or Six Sigma. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
