We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to support the accounts receivable and billing functions at our corporate office. In this role, you will be responsible for all of the analysis required to set-up billing and prepare monthly invoices to customers, as well as resolve and collect short payments or overpayments. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to assess, interpret and apply government and industry standards and specifications to the unique requirements of T&M, CPFF, and FFP contracts. This position requires excellent attention to detail in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines, while working effectively as part of a team and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.

Required

• BS or BA degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

• 7 years of direct accounting experience

• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint, Cognos Reports, and WAWF

• Familiarity with FAR and DCAA regulations

• Experience with DFAS and GSA ASSIST is desired

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
