Summary: The Manager - MHIC Operations - Terminal is responsible for the daily management and operations of the Baltimore Terminal which is a premier NGL/LPG and refined products terminal and a fully functioning processing complex. Responsibilities encompass Safety, environmental stewardship, organizing, planning, and directing all aspects of daily MHIC Terminal operations and maintenance. Ensuring operational excellence, industry leading safety, environmental performance and customer service. This role includes expense accountability and capital plan execution and works directly for the Sr. Manager of Terminal assets. Administers capital and expense budgets annually and is accountable for business results for Terminal systems. Responsible for Terminal related metrics and KPI's. This position currently assists in managing both salary, hourly employees (represented) and contractors. This role has a current pay range of $143,000 - $160,000. The listed pay range represents the company's good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate of pay for this position at the time of this posting. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on their work location, qualifications, relevant experience, operational needs, demonstrated performance over time, and internal pay alignment.
