Description

The Treasury Management Consultant II is responsible for providing treasury management sales support to commercial Relationship Managers and Business Bankers as they bring in new deposit relationships and generate direct sales of treasury management services. This position is responsible for marketing and driving client relationships in relation to treasury management products and services as well as complimentary products and services such as Merchant Services, Purchase Card, etc. The incumbent will provide consultative sales support to commercial Relationship Managers and Business Bankers in order to increase revenue and develop deposit relationships and the use of treasury management products and services for the designated customer and prospect base.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Coordinates sales efforts with Relationship Managers, Business Bankers and team members in order to assist with acquiring new business and strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Conduct prospect needs analysis and develop proposed service solutions/sales presentations to develop new business opportunities with organizations to make efficient use of cash.
  • Responsible for end-to-end treasury client responsibility, including all support functions typical of a treasury management role.
  • Responsible for managing and actively pursuing treasury opportunities by deepening existing and winning new client relationships.
  • Responsible for managing commercial clients with revenues up to $75 million.
  • Partners with Relationship Managers to develop new Cash Management sales opportunities for existing customers through a consultative sales approach.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis and develop proposed service solutions/sales presentations to develop new business opportunities with organizations to make efficient use of cash.
  • Meet with existing business clients to expand relationships and to ensure proper servicing of clients.
  • Responsible for scheduling and performing client portfolio reviews and maintaining updated knowledge on treasury products and services.
  • Meet regularly with Relationship Business Bankers to identify opportunities and provide information on products, services and unique applications
  • Provide consultative training to ensure an understanding of the Bank's product offerings, and communicate product changes and enhancements.
  • Provide detailed sales reports to management on a weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Accountable for accuracy of sales data within internal sales tracking systems.
  • Meets target sales goals in the form of new revenue growth to business and calling activity.
  • Other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Minimum of 5+ years of treasury management related experience required.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation preferred.



A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $92,108 to $153,513. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A business line incentive may be provided ranging from 0% - 1% per loan and 0%-2% per deposit, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
