Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative II at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Primary Duties
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues through multiple communication channels
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer service goals
Qualifications
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Education / Experience

  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in a related field is desirable but not mandatory. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role would be beneficial.
  • Bilingual in English / French PREFERRED
  • This is a Hybrid Role - based out of Shiremanstown, PA
