Overview:
We"re seeking a skilled CMM Programmer / Dimensional Inspector to support New Product Introductions (NPI) and precision measurement activities at our AS9100-certified aerospace foundry and tubing plant. This role involves creating CMM programs, executing inspections, and training others on dimensional inspection processes for cast and machined components.

Key Responsibilities:
*Program and operate CMM equipment (PC-DMIS) for in-process and final part inspections
*Analyze features to GD&T specifications and generate layout and First Article (FAI) reports
*Conduct Gage R&R and Process Capability studies to support production readiness
*Train team members on inspection planning, troubleshooting, and production constraints
*Support identification and resolution of dimensional nonconformities

Qualifications:
*Hands-on experience programming and editing CMM programs in PC-DMIS
*Solid understanding of GD&T and its application in inspection
*Proficiency in Gage R&R and Process Capability (Cpk) studies
*Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills
*AS or BS Degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred
*Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.
