The IT Platform Director - Global Integration will be responsible for the architecture, roadmap, engineering, and support of a comprehensive integration platform that connects critical systems and processes across our global organization.



  • Strategic Leadership

    • Define and implement the architecture and roadmap for the global integration platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future needs.
    • Address data residency requirements by enabling regional platform deployments to comply with local regulations and ensure compliance.
    • Lead the adoption and enforcement of standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for platform design, engineering, and operations.
    • Mentor and manage a high-performing team of engineers and support professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

  • Platform Architecture & Development

    • Architect and oversee the implementation of the platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across hybrid cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
    • Leverage hands-on experience to design and develop key platform features using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, .NET, and C#.
    • Optimize platform observability and reliability using tools like Azure Application Insights and other monitoring technologies.

  • Engineering & Support Management

    • Manage the engineering and support teams to deliver high-quality shared capabilities, ensuring operational excellence and reliability.
    • Develop and maintain integrations with a variety of database technologies, including both relational and NoSQL databases.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs to track platform performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the platform delivers measurable value.
    • Act as a hands-on leader who can guide the team while actively contributing to code, design reviews, and architectural decisions.

  • Governance & Optimization

    • Implement governance mechanisms to ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards, with a particular focus on global data residency requirements.
    • Continuously optimize platform performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
    • Stay ahead of emerging trends in integration technologies and hybrid cloud environments, integrating them into the platform roadmap as appropriate.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressively responsible experience with system architecture and platforms
  • 7+ years of experience managing a variety of teams and employees
  • Required Skills & Experience
    • Proven experience leading platform architecture, roadmap development, and engineering in hybrid cloud environments.
    • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
    • Proficiency in .NET, C#, and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or other relational/NoSQL databases).
    • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Azure Application Insights.
    • Hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
    • Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and support professionals.
    • Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing, and enforcing standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
    • Solid understanding of integration technologies, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
    • Experience addressing data residency and regulatory requirements, with a focus on regional platform deployment where necessary.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Familiarity with AWS services and best practices for hybrid cloud environments.
    • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
    • Strong understanding of security practices, including identity management, encryption, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Frequent interaction and communication with a variety of executive and senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and both internal and external stakeholders.
