We're actively seeking a talented Executive Administrative Specialist to join our Life New Business team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This position is an in-office role with aspects of hybrid.
As a Executive Administrative Speecialist you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by providing secretarial and administrative support directly to executives, managers, and/or a group of individuals, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email. Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, orders supplies and equipment, and tracks expenses. Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. At higher levels, may coordinate the work of other assistants and clerical staff.Work may be of a critical or confidential nature.
