A JCA Export Regulations Specialist job is available with our client in Tewksbury, MA or REMOTE. As an JCA Export Regulations Specialist you will be using your skills and expertise to check JCA documentation to ensure jurisdiction and classification is accurate and recorded properly. To be considered for this role, you will have an Associates degree or a Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant work experience. Must be a US Citizen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Check JCA documentation to ensure jurisdiction and classification is accurate and recorded properly
* Performing jurisdiction and classification assessments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* Associates or Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years of experience with the U.S. Government (USG) U.S. Munitions List (USML) and Commerce Control List (CCL)
* Minimum 5 years of experience performing jurisdiction and classification assessments
* Knowledge and proficiency with regard to the regulations (including understanding of the (a) catches and all the (b) releases) and group guidance (including the see-through rule and other commonly understood USML regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
* Strong computer skills, including understanding and proficiencies in MS Office applications Excel and Word.
* Experience with JCA Tools (e.g., OCR, xClass) and/or CommonPDM (cPDM)/Windchill.
