IMMEDIATE 100% REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES NEEDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST EDUCATIONAL COMPANIES IN THE AREA MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT BETWEEN 8AM - 10PM MUST BE OPEN TO WORK MONDAY - FRIDAY + SATURDAY OR SUNDAY (40 HOUR WORK WEEK) $17/HR Qualifications: * 2 years of call center experience * Excellent communication skills * Microsoft Office proficient Description Core Tasks & Responsibilities: Work in school-specific outbound task forces to achieve enrollment goals. Support families via inbound calls, assisting them through the enrollment process. Make outbound calls to families interested in enrolling. Serve as an enrollment expert for families. Act as an ambassador for the school in interactions with students and families. Liaise between local schools and enrollment to resolve issues. Stay updated on enrollment policies and guidelines and communicate changes to families. Communicate changes in school events, policies, and guidelines through interactions with school staff and parents. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills: Problem-solving with goal-driven outcomes. Excellent communication (verbal and written). Self-confidence, patience, empathy, and availability in connecting with students and families. Adaptability to multi-generational needs. Troubleshooting and de-escalating issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of FERPA and privacy policies. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
