How You'll Make an Impact

• Review customer specifications and new contracts to ensure compliance.

• Plan and establish schedules, assigning work to achieve objectives cost-effectively.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance, implementing corrective actions.

• Initiate price change requests, apply mark-ups, and prepare quotations.

• Resolve disputes involving back charges, delays, and warranty charges.

• Coordinate information flow among various groups and customers.

• Manage and document employee performance, promoting skill development.

• Act as the group's representative in meetings with customers and suppliers.

Your Background

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, PMP, business, or related field.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and achieve cooperation.

• Technical and business skills to evaluate and solve problems.

• Ability to meet tight schedules while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with Digital & Mechanical Monitoring Devices preferred.

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
