We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Growth and Retention Marketing Specialist to drive strategic demand-generation programs targeting payers and providers. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B healthcare technology and services, as well as the dynamics of payer-provider collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a proven growth and retention marketer with expertise in multi-channel campaign execution, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration. You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and partnership teams to generate high-quality leads, nurture key accounts, and further position Bamboo Health as the preferred partner for payers and providers.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting payers (health plans) and providers (hospitals, health systems, ACOs, and physician groups) and post-acute organizations.
  • Create and optimize multi-channel marketing programs, including account-based marketing (ABM), email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and events.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine audience targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing to align growth and retention efforts with go-to-market strategies, key messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI, providing regular insights and reporting.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, case studies, and industry event participation, to enhance Bamboo Health's position in the payer and provider markets.
  • Engage with partnership teams to ensure campaigns align with evolving healthcare priorities and funding opportunities.

  • Launch initial growth and retention campaigns targeting payers and providers.
  • Establish strong collaboration with sales, product marketing, and partnership teams.

In 6 months...

  • Optimize and scale demand marketing programs based on data-driven insights.
  • Drive consistent, high-quality leads for payer and provider sales teams.
  • Develop targeted ABM strategies for key accounts in priority segments.

In 12 months...

  • Demonstrate measurable pipeline growth through demand-generation efforts.
  • Establish Bamboo Health as a trusted partner for payers and providers.
  • Innovate and refine marketing strategies based on changing healthcare landscapes, funding opportunities, and industry priorities.

What You Need:

  • 2-3 years of demand marketing experience in B2B healthcare technology, payer, or provider marketing.
  • Proven expertise in growth and retention marketing, ABM, and multi-channel marketing for complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of payer and provider dynamics, value-based care initiatives, and healthcare funding mechanisms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of judgment and creativity in designing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and policy teams.
  • Self-motivated and highly detail-oriented, with a passion for driving measurable marketing impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for industry events, state meetings, and company conferences.
