What is this role about? This key role is responsible for leading all aspects of Sales and Service for one of our small to medium-sized (based on revenue) Terminix branch locations across the country. What does a "Day-in-the-Life" look like? The Branch Manager is accountable for all facets of operation for one of our Terminix locations. This includes team leadership, staff training and development, customer satisfaction and retention, service delivery, operational efficiency and new business development - all supported by Terminix's corporate resources and business model. This position offers a Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 In addition to the base pay, an employee working in this role is eligible to earn incentive pay, pursuant to a written incentive pay plan. The amount of incentive that may be earned pursuant to our plans is based on several factors that could include one or all of the following factors: performance of the Colleague, the sales and overall performance of the District and/or Region, meeting pre-established targets and/or Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") and overall Company performance. Depending on the position, earned incentives may be paid out each pay period, monthly, quarterly, or annually in the form of commissions and/or bonuses. Why should I choose Terminix?
