Essential Job Duties	The primary purpose of this role is to work with providers in preparing patients for appointments (vital signs, chief complaint, pulling in questionnaires appropriate for the visit, and performing medication and allergy reconciliation. Orders and procedures to be performed include administering injections, oral medications, performing nebulizer treatments, EKG's and applying durable medical equipment. This is an active health care setting offering primary care and GYN services for adolescents and adults

Work Schedule	Monday-Friday/ 8 AM - 5 PM (32-40 hours)

Minimum Experience/Education	Minimum experience of 3 years as an LPN in clinical practice
Department Required Skills	Active LPN license to practice in the state of North Carolina Current CPR certification Minimum experience of 3 years as an LPN in clinical practice Experience with documentation in an electronic health record
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education	5 years experience as an LPN in clinical practice Familiar with vaccine schedules Proficient in performing EKGs, ear lavage Time management skills
Required License or Certification	Active LPN license to practice in the state of North Carolina Current CPR certification
Valid NC Driver's License required?	No
Commercial Driver's License Required?	No
