Reagent Product Manager

Summary of the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for life sciences and a track record in product management? Join Cytek Biosciences as a Reagent Product Manager and take the lead in driving above-market growth across our innovative reagent portfolio. In this role, you'll shape and execute go-to-market strategies across all channels-Direct, OEM, Distribution, and B2B-while applying a strong 4P's framework to every initiative. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Regional Sales, and more to deliver impactful results. From strategic planning to new product introductions (NPI), this role offers a chance to make your mark in the fast-evolving world of flow cytometry.

Key Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need to perform the following core duties with excellence:

• Strategic Leadership
  Lead annual product roadmapping and strategic planning for the full reagent portfolio. Drive insight through voice-of-customer (VOC), stakeholder input, competitor intelligence, and market trend analysis. Leverage reports, analyst insights, and trade shows to define addressable markets and identify breakthrough opportunities.

• Growth Execution
  Execute marketing campaigns, NPI, pricing strategies, and major design-in collaborations to outperform the market. Develop integrated use-case marketing strategies in partnership with MarCom and business units.

• Product Management
  Own all product lifecycle management activities-from training content and trade show support to forecasting, pricing, and rationalization. Deliver quarterly global sales training (Americas, EMEA, APAC/China) and support continuous improvement.

• Data-Driven Insights
  Use Excel and pivot tables to analyze sales data and drive promotional and sales initiatives. Generate monthly business reviews and deliver strategic insights to stakeholders.

• Team Collaboration
  Lead cross-functional core team meetings to align on NPI, design-in opportunities, and continuous improvement projects. Work closely with regional marketing and sales to grow Cytek's three reagent brands: Cytek cFluor, Guava, and Tonbo.

What We're Looking For

• Education & Experience
  Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field required. MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing within life sciences.

• Skills & Competencies
  Proven collaborator and influencer across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities. Expert in Excel and pivot table analysis. Self-starter with a bias for action and ownership. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth, startup-style environments. Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.

Work Environment & Travel
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
