Designer I - Transit

RK&K's Baltimore office is providing unprecedented opportunities for engineering professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transportation projects alongside multiple disciplines. Your leadership skills will grow as you coordinate with other disciplines and project partners.

Essential Function

• Working with senior level engineering professionals in the development of engineering analysis, drawings, details and calculations for transit projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Associates in Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Passion for transportation engineering
• 0-5 years of Engineering experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent Math skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of Microstation or other CADD software preferred
• Working understanding of transit project components
• Previous internship experience in the transportation field
