In this role, you'll work closely with product marketing, product management, and executive leadership to support and execute high-impact analyst engagement programs across key markets, including Observability, Security, and Search/AI.

You'll report to the Director of Analyst Relations and play a critical role in expanding our Analyst Relations function. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with 2-3 years of AR experience, ideally with a background in observability and/or security, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead and execute analyst engagement plans for Elastic's strategic growth areas, including scheduling briefings, inquiries, and report contributions.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key analysts from Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and Tier 2/independent firms.
  • Track and influence analyst evaluations, including Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes, and landscape reports.
  • Monitor analyst research and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks for Elastic's positioning.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, and executive teams to ensure message consistency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to measurement and reporting on the impact of AR activities, including internal feedback loops and survey insights.
  • Act as a creative problem-solver, identifying new ways to grow analyst mindshare and boost Elastic's reputation in the market.

What You Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Analyst Relations within B2B tech.
  • Background in observability, security, search, or cloud platforms strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing analyst relationships and contributing to vendor evaluations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Experience working across global, distributed teams in a fast-moving organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with a passion for detail, follow-through, and creative thinking.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the confidence to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
