POSITION SUMMARY This role is expected to plan, execute, and manage all activities necessary to ensure on-time delivery of quality products that support sales and profitability goals. It involves planning calendars, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. Strong organization, communication, and supply chain knowledge are key to success. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

- Execute and maintain multi-season calendar timelines that facilitate on-time development, sampling and production delivery of assigned merchandise.
- Plan and execute fabric, material, and product inventory levels ensuring divisional goals of product availability, minimum surplus, target mill and factory capacity schedules, and financial objectives.
- Recommend, implement, and communicate material and product order adjustments to meet divisional goals.
- Recommend actions to maximize inventory utilization.
- Maintain accurate WIP dates in systems.

- Process raw material and finished good set-ups, BOMs, and cost sheets in ERP.
- Complete production specifications for suppliers.
- Maintain seasonal product line lists, and style and lot counts.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth production and delivery to customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with Pendleton personnel and suppliers.
- Balance multiple seasons with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related business field
- 4+ years forecasting, inventory planning, buying or related experience
- Solid knowledge of global supply chain principles
- CPIM certification a plus
- Experience in Retail and/or Catalog inventory planning a plus
- Experience in the apparel or textile industry a plus
- Financial analysis including open-to-buy, margin computation, comparative analysis a plus.
SYSTEM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning), PLM (Product Lifecycle Mgmt.), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to operate the keyboard of a computer by touch.
- Ability to visually focus for long periods on the computer screen
- Work successfully in a team environment
- Hours may occasionally exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week during seasonal peeks
