Field Service Technician - Bradley Fighting Vehicle (Europe-Based)
Location: Primary location in Europe (Croatia); additional travel may be required on short notice
Travel: Extensive (domestic and international)
Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician (FST) to support M2 A2ODS Bradley Fighting Vehicles. This role involves hands-on operational testing, diagnostics, and repairs. You'll be part of a collaborative team supporting both U.S. and host nation personnel in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Bradley Fighting Vehicles
- Conduct teardown and rebuild operations in a production-style setting
- Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and drawings for troubleshooting
- Collect and report technical data on all work performed
- Operate and maintain test equipment (TMDE, STE M1 FVS, T2SS, etc.)
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
- Work in varied environments, including field, production, and test settings
- Travel as needed, often with short notice
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience providing technical support on heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical schematics
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with automotive test and measurement devices
- Ability to work effectively in team-based environments
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- U.S. Army background with MOS 63T, 63M, 45T, or 91M
- 10 years of experience with M2 A2/A3/A4 Bradley Fighting Vehicles
- Experience supporting all levels of military maintenance
- Proficiency using precision tools (micrometers, gauges, etc.) and power tools
- Familiarity with military technical documentation and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Education:
- High School Diploma, Associate's degree, or equivalent military technical training
- Additional 4+ years of relevant experience in mechanical/electrical/electronic systems related to Bradley Fighting Vehicles
