Role Summary

The Global Business Services (GBS) T&E Analyst supports day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the Travel & Expense (T&E) process within the GBS organization. This role focuses on T&E accounting, compliance monitoring, and performance tracking, working closely with offshore teams to ensure efficient and accurate execution of tasks


Responsibilities

* Support daily operations of T&E processing and accounting activities.

* Collaborate with offshore teams (primarily in India) to ensure timely and accurate processing.

* Provide feedback and guidance to maintain process quality and adherence to policy.

* Monitor process performance and escalate issues or risks when needed.

* Conduct regular quality checks and root cause analysis on errors or delays.

* Track key metrics to ensure offshore teams are meeting SLAs and KPIs.

* Support audits (internal/external) by providing documentation and analysis.

* Assist with SOX compliance and adherence to internal controls.

* Document processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

* Deliver training and share best practices with the offshore team.

* Work with T&E Process Lead/Manager on continuous improvement projects.


Qualifications

* 4+years of experience in T&E processing, preferably within a GBS or shared services environment.

* Strong understanding of T&E policies, expense audit processes, and accounting principles.

* Experience working with tools like Concur, SAP, Coupa, or other expense/reporting systems.

* Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control requirements.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially working with offshore teams.

* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement orientation.

* Proficient in Excel and experience working with reports, metrics, and KPIs.


Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for Illinois based applicants: $34.17 - $42.71 hourly (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
